    2 LBS Top sirloin, cubed
    4C. Water
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
    Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Onions, 1 medium, sliced
    1-2 Bay Leaves
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Sugar, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    Paprika, .5 tsp
    Baby Carrots, 1/2 LB
    Potato, 4 medium, cubed
    Peas, frozen, 1/2 C.


Add all ingredients BEFORE veggies (sirloin through paprika. Bring to boil, lower, simmer low for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Add veggies, cook an additional 30 minutes. Thicken as desired - corn starch and water added while off the heat. Return to heat, bring to boil - add more if not thick enough. Simmer a few more minutes, serve!
