Ingredients

    1-16 oz. package Ronzoni garden delight rotini
    5-tbsp margarine divided
    2-tbsp dry seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4-cup flour
    3-cups 2% reduced fat milk
    2-cups reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese,divided
    1-1/2- cup ham steak(8 oz.)

Directions

Cook Rotini as per package instructions.meanwhile in a small sauce pan melt 1 tbsp margarine.add the bread crubs and brown it slightly.In another sauce pan melt rest of margarine. Add the flour and cook for 1 minute.Add milk all at once and heat til boiling stirr ng constantly.Simmer for 2 minutes and add in 1-1/2 cups of the cheese and stir until melted.Add the ham and pasta and mix well.Trasfer to a 9 x 13 x 2 oiled glass casserole pan.top with remaining cheese and sprinkle on bread crumbs.Place in a 350F oven and heat until cheese melts and bubbles(about 20 minutes)
