Introduction

Ingredients

    Wet Ingredients:
    2 Tbsp Coconut oil, melted
    1 x Tbsp Macadamia Nut Butter
    2 Tbsp Xylitol
    4 Eggs
    2 Small Bananas, mashed
    1/2 Cup Coconut Milk

    Dry Ingredients:
    1/2 Cup Almond Flour
    1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda (Baking Soda)

    1/2 Apple, skin removed and chopped into small pieces.

Directions

Heat oven to 180 degrees C.

Mix all wet ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix very well. Add the apple pieces last.

Divide mixture into either silicone cupcake holders or normal paper cupcake holders. Place the cupcakes into a 12-hole muffin tin for support.

Bake for 20 minutes until browned.
