Ingredients

    3 cups raw baby spinach
    1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
    1-2 tsp lemon juice
    2-4 tsp water

Directions

Boil spinach 3-4 minutes. Drain. Put spinach and blueberries in blender with water and lemon juice. Puree. Add water if necessary. Makes 2 cups.
