Number of Servings: 8


    32 oz ore-ida shredded potatoes
    1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
    6 large eggs
    large dash Fresh ground black pepper
    large dash Garlic powder


Cook potatoes according to package directions.
Break eggs into a medium bowl. Add water. Whisk.
When potatoes are brown, pour the eggs over the top. Tilt pan until eggs are soaked in.
Cook until eggs are firm, about 6 minutes.
Season to taste.
Sprinkle cheese over the top.
Continue cooking 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serving Size: makes eight servings
