Ingredients

    16 ounce salmon steaks
    6 Tbsp orange juice
    2 Tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp honey
    1 tsp canola oil
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1/4 tsp ginger
    8 cups mixed salad greens
    1/2 red pepper, cut in strips
    1 orange, peeled and sectioned

Directions

Combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, oils, and ginger. Broil fish (spray foil with cooking spray) 3 minutes. Turn and brush with 1 Tbsp of sauce. Broil 3-6 minutes more. Meanwhile heat remaining sauce to boil. Put in pepper strips. Remove from heat. Toss in greens. Serve greens topped with orange slices and salmon.
