Ingredients

    2 cans black beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can black eye peas
    1 large can chopped tomatoes (or 2 regular)
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 small can hot chopped chilli peppers
    1 small can mild chopped chilli peppers
    1 cup frozen sweet corn
    1lb stew beef
    2 tbsp chilli powder
    2 tbsp oregano
    1 tsp cumin
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

Even better reheated the next day
Freezes well.


Directions

drain and rinse the beans and put them with everything else into a 7 quart slow cooker.
Cook on low for about 6 hours.
