Introduction

I love BBQ Chicken! However, it's fattening and bad for you... Until now! This version isn't covered in sauce--but it still packs a lot of flavor! I love BBQ Chicken! However, it's fattening and bad for you... Until now! This version isn't covered in sauce--but it still packs a lot of flavor!

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp McCormick Roasted Garlic & Bell Pepper Seasoning Blend
    1 Skinless Chicken Breast (4.5 oz)
    2 Tbsp Kraft Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce

    A Preheated George Foreman Grill (or similar type grill) or a pan on a stove top @ medium-high heat

Directions

1. Preheat grill or stove top w/ pan to medium/high heat.
2. Gently wash and pat dry the chicken breast.
3. Sprinkle seasoning blend over the raw chicken on both sides.
4. Place on grill/pan and cook for about 4 minutes, or until no longer pink on the inside.
5. Remove from heat and place on serving plate.
6. Drizzle the barbecue sauce over the chicken and serve.
