    3 large potatoes
    1/4-1/2 cup sour cream
    1 can healthy classics mushroom soup
    1/2 package of broccoli
    1/2 cup pureed cauliflower
    2-4 chicken breasts (.5-1lb)
    1/2 cup milk
    2 tbsp butter


In a large mixing bowl blend together the sour cream, soup, broccoli and puree cauliflower. Place frozen chicken breast in a creased 9x9 pan. Spread soup mixture on top of that. Bake at 375 for 40-50 minutes or until chicken is done.

Meanwhile, peel and chop up potatoes bring to a boil, take off lid, reduce heat and cook until done. Add the milk and butter and mix with an electric mixer until mashed. (you may not need all the milk)
