Ingredients

Approx 1 lb Baby Red Potatoes
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1Tsp Salt
1Tsp Pepper
2 Tbsp Onion Powder
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Flour
Directions
5 1-cup servings
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Wash and half potatoes (leave skin on) and place on cookie sheet.
3. Coat potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and flour. Toss gently.
4. Cook potatoes for about 30 minutes or until done. (a fork will go through when done)
*You can omit the flour if you like. The flour gives the potatoes a little bit of a crispy coating if you add it.

I made these last week following the recipe exactly (except I omitted the flour). They were burnt to a crisp. So either the oven temperature is too high or the cooking time is too long. I will attempt this recipe again but will either reduce the oven temp or reduce the cooking time. Fingers crossed. - 8/5/14

I thin sliced (1/4-1/3 inch) the potatoes, brushed w/veggie oil & sprinkled w/sea salt. I can't believe my kid Really loves your potatoes, Yay!!! I used veggie oil because I have it on hand & left out the other ingredients that just don't agree with me. I never get brave trying stuff, Thanks!!! - 12/3/14

Makeover needed for more flavor: 1. Real onions and garlic instead of powder---diced with some rosemary all together 2. Added kosher salt and black pepper but also added smoked paprika 3. Did use flour and olive oil 4. Diced in quarters vs. halves for better flavor and texture.... Great..... - 4/1/19
