    1-14 oz can stewed tomatoes
    1med. zucchini, sliced
    1 med. onion, thinly sliced
    1 T. dried oregano


Makes approx. 4-1 C. servings

Slice zucchini and onions and place in a sauce pan along with canned stewed tomatoes. Add 1 T. dried oregano. Simmer until vegetables are crisp tender.
