Ingredients

    Chicken breast 32 oz
    Cream of mushroom 1 can healthy request
    Cream of chicken 1 can 98% fat free
    Chicken broth 1 can reduced sodium

    2 can buttermilk biscuits (4 pack, 3 per serving = 150cal)

Tips

Serve with baked or mashed potatoes


Directions

Boil/roast chicken, let cool, shred chicken
Add rest of ingredients (except biscuits)
cook about 20 minutes
Add biscuits on top, spread them out to cover the top
Cook about 15 minutes (make sure biscuits are cooked through, try not to lift the lid)
