Introduction

For the left over turkey! For the left over turkey!

Ingredients

    2 slices of white turkey breast meat cold

    1/2 cup chopped raw celery

    2 TBsps of Miracle Whip (Can subsitute for Light)

    1 TBsps pickle relish

    4 slices of bread toasted

Directions

Get yourself a mixing bowl large enough to hold all the ingredients. Take your turkey slices and chop or rip it into smaller almost shredded like pieces (Some chunks are good). Add your chopped celery then add the miracle whip and relish. Use a spatuala or fork to mix it together well. Spread on bread slice then top with the other slice. Eat up!
There should be enough for two or more. Depends on how much you stuff your sandwhich. If you have left overs refrigerate, but don't let sit for more than a day after you made it.
