Introduction

Browsing Instagram for healthy recipes and I saw one for donuts. I figured that I could invent my own recipe and I did. The best part is that they are sugar free & gluten free!!! Ingredients

    1 cup oat flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 mashed banana
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 no sugar added berry applesauce
    1 cup frozen cherry blend
    1T cinnamon

Directions

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into muffin dish (sprayed with Pam). Bake 45 minutes and let cool before trying.

Serving Size: 1 mini muffin
