    1 Cup Blueberries, frozen
    1 Cup Raspberries, frozen
    1 Cup Orange Juice, not from concentrate
    1/3 Cup lowfat Vanilla Yogurt, (Yoplait)

Place all ingredients in blender & blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
