Ingredients

    3 packets of Medifast mashed potatoes
    1 package Jennie O ground turkey
    2 tablespoons Lucerne Parmesan cheese
    1 can tomato sauce
    2 cups frozen vegetables

Directions

Brown meat and drain.
Add sauce, vegetables, and seasoning to taste to meat.
Divide evenly between 7 ramekins.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over all 7.
Prepare mash potatoes and then spread evenly on top of ramekins.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until tops are lightly browned.
