Ingredients

    1.5 lbs ground beef
    8 Cremini mushrooms
    1 can six bean medley (19oz)
    1 14 oz tin of crushed tomatoes
    1 med green bell pepper
    1 med red bell pepper
    1 chopped onion
    3 cloves of garlic, minced
    3 TBSP chilli powder
    1/2 tsp cumin powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    2 cups homemade or canned tomatoe/pasta sauce
    1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce


Tips

serve with warm corn bread


Directions

brown ground beef with chopped onion. Put all ingredients(including beef & onion) in crock pot and set on high for 6 hours, or until done.

Serving Size: 8 servings of 1.5 cups approx.
