Roasted Vegetables Roasted Vegetables
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 Garlic Bulbs
    3 Baking Potatoes (about 1.5 pounds)
    1/2 pond large mushrooms
    1/2 pound of baby carrots
    1 large sweet onion, quartered
    1/3 cup olive oil
    2 tsp dried basil
    2 tsp dried oregano
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 pound fresh green beans

    ~~ I also have added summer squash, zucchini and for a full meal chicken~~

Directions

Seperate Garlic bulbs into clove and peel cloves

Toss together oil, garlic and and all veggies except green beans; place on a lightly greased pan

Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Stir in green beans. Bake 15 more minutes
