    *sweet yellow onion, raw (1 medium onion), 2 serving (remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz) (remove)
    *Badia complete seasoning, 4 tsp (remove)
    *McCormick Salad Toppins, garden vegetable, 3 gram(s) (remove)
    White Rice, short grain, cooked, 4 cup (remove)
    *Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry, 1 serving (remove)
    * eight tablespoons EVOO

Tips

ok, when I planned this with lipton soup and knorrs tomato and chicken boullion this is over twice my sodium level for the day (4843.1mg) - eye opener!!! lets take out the lipton soup and 1/2 the Knorrs. That only took it to 45xxmg of sodium. Let's take out the dales...ok found the culprit - Dale's, sodium went down to 270 mg. Now here is my thinking - I am only marinating the meat then pouring the vinegar and steak seasoning off before adding the meat - so - I am not really getting 42xxmg of sodium when I eat one serving. Add Lipton back to the recipe list and we're at 338mg sodium per serving.


Directions

In rice cooker four cups of water, lipton soup mix, stir add two cups of rice, stir and start rice cooker. Dice onions, prepare peppers (remove white membrames and seeds) and slice into 1/2 inch long toothpicks size. In a mixing bowl, sprinkle steak seasoning and vinegar over stew meat, stir until all coated, cover and leave at room temperature. In frying pan, warm 4 tbsp of olive oil, add onion and 2 tsp of badia - stir when needed until onion is translucent. Add peppers, stir, cover and let cook 3 minutes. Add spinach and season spinach with remainder of olive oil and badia complete. In small sauce pan bring two cups of water to boil, add Knorr tomato and chicken bouillon, stir until disolved, simmer 10 minutes. stir spinach, peppers and onion. add tomato and chicken bouillon and stir again. drain stew meat and put meat in single layer over veggies. Bring to boil, back to simmer and cover 25 minutes. Serve over rice.
