Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 tsp Or 2 cubes chicken bouillon
    2 Cups Hot Water
    10oz package frozen broccoli, or 4 Cups fresh broccoli, chopped, thawed
    1 1/2 Cup Fat-Free Milk
    1 1/5 Tbs minced garlic (I used ready to use)
    1 medium potato, chopped into small 1/4" pieces

Tips

This is a very basic recipe that you can add any number amount of things to or substitute. I cooked this pretty much the same way as a split pea soup.


Directions

Mix the chicken bouillon in the hot water until dissolved, add to small crock pot. Add all remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Once cooked add all of soup mixture to blender and mix well.

Serving Size: Makes 4 1-Cup servings.
