Introduction

Ingredients

    Solid Albacore Tuna in water
    Edamame, shelled, frozen, prepared
    Corn (or any veggie you like, peas would be good)
    Olive Oil Mayo
    Seasonings to taste

Tips

I use this as my protein and vegetables for each meal. Can pair with brown rice on the side or could add cooked quinoa right into the mix.


Directions

1. Drain tuna and put in storage container
2. Cook edamame according to directions.
3. Add edamame, corn, any other veggies, and mayo to tuna.
4. Stir and enjoy.
