    1/2 Honeydew Melon
    2 whole Bananas
    1 whole Avocado
    1/2 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    2 cups Soy Milk
    1 cup Honey


put everything into a blender with a few ice cubes and blend well using the "smoothie" setting - if you have it.

Serving Size: makes about 8 1 cup servings
