Ingredients

1 tsp freshly gound black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried basil
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 flounder (or Tilapia) fillets
2 lemons, thinly sliced
LEMON VINAIGRETTE
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly gound black pepper
1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4c extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Turn broiler on medium and place fillets on a cookie sheet lined with greased aluminum foil.
Combine the first 6 ingredients and sprinkle evenly over the fillets. Arrange lemon slices over the fish and broil 6" from heat for 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
Whisk all of the vinaigrette ingredients together and drizzle over the fish before serving.
