Ingredients

    1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup pecans
    2/3 cup soft Promise Fat Free Margarine
    3.3 ounces egg substitute

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour muffin pans with baker's spray or line with muffin/cupcake liners.

In a medium bowl, combine sugar, flour, and pecans. This will be crumbly

Beat margarine and eggs together until smooth. Stir in dry ingredients until smooth and creamy. Fill muffin cups to around 2/3 full.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool. Enjoy
