Ingredients

    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    hot red pepper flakes, to taste
    1lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
    2 cups marinara sauce
    1/4 cup chopped basil
    8 oz mozzarella, shredded
    4 oz Parmesan, grated
    1 (5-oz) package garlic croutons

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Drizzle olive oil on bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with crushed garlic and red pepper flakes. Put chicken breasts on top (I like to diced mine up so it's easier to eat). Pour marinara sauce on top, then garlic croutons and cheese on top. Sprinkle chopped basil on top and put in oven for about 35-45 minutes, depending on how your oven cooks (Mine always takes 45 minutes).
