Ingredients

    1 chicken breast, no skin
    2 medium eggs
    1/4 pounds of red ripe tomatoes
    1/8 cup of sour cream, butter or margarine
    1/8 of parmesan cheese (grated)
    1/2 cup of skim milk(I use skim milk, you can use as you like it)
    salt, onions and black pepper as you like




Directions

Cook the chicken first in water, salt and black pepper, untill it is cooked cut it in small pieces or take out the bone. Cook the macaroni in boiling water and salt(as you like it). Dry the macaroni and cook them as second time inside the milk( I preffered skim milk, you can use as you like it) during 10 minutes, slowly.
Mix the chicken(cut as you like it), with the sour cream or butter and the mixed eggs. Put everything in a pyrex greased before and puy on it grated parmesan cheese. Bake it during 30 minutes at 200 grades farenheith or 94 Grades celcius. If you like it, make a tomato sause with the tomatoes and put it over the macaroni cake before the cheese and the baked.
