Ingredients

    2 cans of whole tomatoes(about 6 cups/3 cups per can)
    4 Roma Tomatoes
    1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    2 tsp brown sugar
    1 tsp crushed red chilies
    1tsp parsley
    6 cloves of garlic
    4 tsp of basil
    2 tsp oregano
    2 med. onions
    1 yellow bell pepper
    2 hot italian sausages, cooked

Directions

Add everything in large sauce pan, omitting the yellow peppers and italian sausage until the end of cooking.Simmer for 2 hours or until desired consistency.

Makes 7- 1 cup servings.
