    Extra lean 93% ground beef, Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Paste, Salt, Dried Onion, Garlic, Red Pepper, Cumin, Oregano, Paprika, and Chili Powder.


Brown ground beef in skillet and drain fat. Combine all ingredients in large pot or slow cooker with 3-4 cups water. Simmer for at least 30 minutes, longer for spicier chili. For less spicy chili add less Red Pepper. Makes about 8 servings. Low fat, no carbs, no sugar.
