    12 eggs
    2 medium zucchini
    1 cup shredded carrots
    1 container sliced mushrooms (recipe calculated using baby portabellas)
    2 ounces feta cheese
    seasoning to taste (Italian works well)


Pre-heat oven to 357
Mix all ingredients. Add seasoning to taste.
Pour into 9x13 butter/greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes.
