Introduction

this is so simple, and so low in calories you can have two slices and still feel good about it! this is so simple, and so low in calories you can have two slices and still feel good about it!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 packages of lime gelatin
    1 package of vanilla pudding mix
    1 cup of low fat milk
    eight ounces low fat cream cheese
    12 ounces lite cool whip
    1 cup crushed light vanilla wafers
    4 tablespoons of low fat margarine

Directions

Melt 4 tablespoons of margarine in microwave. Pour cup of cookie crumbs into glass pie pan. Combine well, then mash into pan to make crush. dissolve gelatin in 1,50 cup of hot water. In mixing bowl, mix on high vanilla pudding and milk. Add gelatin and cream cheese and mix well, until light and fluffy. Add cool whip and continue to whip until somewhat stiff. Pour into pie shell, let chill and set in refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. This can easily be converted to sugar free by using sugar free gelatin, pudding mix and sugar free cool whip.
