Ingredients

    1-lb red potato (cubed)
    1/4-cup onion(diced)
    1/4-cup celery(diced)
    2-tbsp Oscar Mayer real bacon bits
    1-tbsp dried basil flakes
    1/4-cup miracle whip light
    1/4-cup Kraft fat free zesty Italian dressing
    2-tsp Grey Poupon mustard
    2-jumbo hard boiled eggs diced

Directions

Wash and cube one pound of red potatoes,place in a medium pot,cover with water and bring to a boil.Boil for five minutes, then cover with a lid slightly ajar and lower heat to simmer.Simmer for ten more minutes.While cooking potatoes, dice the onions, celery,and eggs.In a separate bowl mix all wet ingredients and mix well. Add the dried basil, bacon bits and the diced ingredients to the mix and stir.When potatoes are done,run under cold water and drain well.Add potatoes to the mix and mix again.Refrigerate until well chilled and enjoy.
