Ingredients

    70g (abt 9 tsp) Coconut/Palm Sugar
    1/3c water

Tips

Coconut sugar is known for low GI. So still high carbs (8g/serving) but worth it. To me. :)


Directions

cook in pot over low/med heat till dissolved. Let dissolve before boiling off liquid to desired consistency
