Ingredients

    1 avocado
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1/4c.water
    2t.olive oil
    2T.fat-free plain yogurt
    1T.fresh dill or 1t. dried
    1/2t.honey
    1/2t.sea salt
    2T.lemon juice

Directions

Peel,pit and cube the avocado. Place all ingredients in a blender and process till creamy. Use as a dressing for greens, as a dip for raw veggies, as a dressing for steamed veggies or as a sandwich spread. This does not keep well so use quickly.
