    2 lbs Beef Chuck, cubed
    1 med. onion, chopped
    4 garlic cloved, minced
    1/2 tbsp cumin powder
    1/2 cup green olives (opt.)
    2 cups tomato sauce
    1 cup cooking sherry
    4 cups water
    1 large baking potato, peeled & cubed
    1/2 tbsp salt
    10 oz. mix frozen veg.


Put first 8 ingredients in pressure cooker and give 25 min. Pour into large pot add potatoes and salt, cook until tender. Add veg and cook 10 min and remove from stove.

Serve over rice if desired.
