Ingredients

    1 Small Banana
    2 Large Eggs
    1/2 tbs. Oatmeal
    1/8 tsp. Cinnamon

Tips

You can add "cheater" bits like a sprinkle of chocolate chips or toffee bits to make this more dessert-like.


Directions

Mash the banana well.
Mix in eggs.
Add in oatmeal and cinnamon.
Mix well.
Pour onto hot pan/skillet and cook like pancakes. (Because there is no flour or milk, it will not bubble, so you kinda have to eyeball the color change.)

Top with low-cal syrup, fruit, nuts, or spread of your choosing.

Serving Size: makes 4-6 small pancakes
