Made too many mods & cut so didn't just make a "makeover".

Ingredients

37g Ground almond
16g (lil more than a tbsp)Flax Flour
(ground Whole Flax Seed)
OR
1/2c flour
1/4c Whole Milk OR 1/4c Water
1 large egg
1/2tsp Baking Powder
Tips
Try palm/coconut sugar syrup (not low carb. has lower GI):

Directions
mix dry ingredients
stir in milk (or water)
Stir in egg (sometimes easier if beaten b4hand)
Set sit for 10m to let rise
Pour & cook as normal on medium heated pan or skillet.
Beginners:
warm skillet on warm.
Splash/Sprinkle water on skillet to see if heated.
Pour one small pancake.
Look for bubbles to come through and pop. Flip
Adjust heat according to desired brown color.
(mom usually threw it away. My daughter eats them. :) )
Repeat for the rest. Store in heated/warm oven till done.
Enjoy.
