    1 c margarine
    2 c brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c flour
    1 t baking soda
    3 c oatmeal
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    2 T butter
    12 oz bag chocolate chips


cream margarine, brown sugar and eggs. Add flour, salt, baking soda, oatmeal and beat. Pat down 2/3 of mixture in large cookie sheet. Melt choc chips, milk, and butter; spread on base. Use remaining oatmeal mix to sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
