    3 cups yellow squash, grated or shredded
    2 large eggs
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons self-rising flour
    2 teaspoons lemon extract
    2 teaspoons coconut extract
    1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted
    prepared pie shell


Mix flour with sugar. Beat eggs slightly and add to flour mixture. Add extracts and butter and mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Allow to cool and set before slicing.
