Ingredients

    1lb thin chicken breast meat
    Grill seasoning
    2 tbsp ginger root
    2 tbsp oil (veg or olive)
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 large red bell pepper
    1 cup packaged rainbow mix(or coleslaw& carrot mix)
    3 scallions chopped on an angle
    1/2 cup plum sauce
    2 cups basil leaves loosely packed
    1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
    1/2 head iceberg lettuce

Directions

Thinly slice chicken into strips and sprinkle with grill seasoning. Heat skillet to screaming hot. Add oil, then chicken. Cook 2 min. stirring constantly. Add ginger,garlic peppers, cabbage mixture and scallions and stirfry for another 2 min. Add plum sauce to glaze the mixture, toss 1 minute then add basil to wilt leaves. Add hoisin sauce and sesame seeds-coat. Transfer to a bowl. Separate the lettuce leaves under running water, dry. Place spoonfuls of the chicken mixture into the leaves like taco, and enjoy.
