    I use frozen cooked shrimp and thaw them out before cooking.
    Use any type pasta such as small shells, angel hair, rotini, etc.
    1 c artichoke hearts, drained and quartered (optional).
    1 can 2.25 oz sliced black olives (optional)
    Use 1 can 14.5 oz plain diced tomatoes or any flavored diced tomatoes.


Cook pasta as directed on package.
Cook on medium heat salad dressing and onions (and artichoke hearts-optional) about 2 or 3 minutes until tender. Add can of diced tomatoes, dried parsley (black olives-optional) and shrimp. Stir and heat thoroughly, then toss with hot, cooked and drained pasta. Divide into 2 equal servings, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
