Ingredients

    6 eggs
    3 mini boxes raisons (approx. .5ou/1T each)
    1 cup applesauce unsweetened (2 snack cups)
    3/4 c flax meal
    3/4 protein powder
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 T baking pwder
    1 T vanilla
    6 pkts stevia
    pinch baking soda (if desired)
    pinch salt (if desired)

Tips

Using different fruits, or adding cottage cheese, pancake syrup changes it up easily. It's a complete breakfast (be sure to add any changes in your nutrition tracker)


Directions

Mix all ingredients in bowl, add water to desired consistency place in Pam sprayed muffin tins or muffin liners. OR fry as pancakes, makes 12 4" (2 per serving)
