Beans, BBQ - Baked a la Fiorello's Beans, BBQ - Baked a la Fiorello's

Ingredients

    1 C chopped brisket
    32 oz can, Pork and Beans
    16 tsp Brown Sugar
    1 Tbl Minced Onion
    1 T Chili Powder
    1 tsp Liquid Smoke
    1 Cup BBQ sauce - Jacks Stack Original
    0.5 Cup Catsup

Directions

Mix all ingredients in 4 quart pan. Heat over medium heat, stirring often, and just bring to boil.
Lower heat and continue to cook intil mixture is "just" stick and thickening. Spray cassarole dish w/ Pam, pour contents of pan into cassarole dish. Cover and bake @ 275 for 1.5 hours
