Low fat, sugar free fake outs! Low fat, sugar free fake outs!
Number of Servings: 17


    1 c oats
    1c wheat
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 5.9 oz package of sugar free chocolate pudding mix
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 can pumpkin
    2 egg whites.


Grind oats and wheat into flour. Add flour mixture and all other dry ingredients and mix. Blend in pumpkin and egg. Put into muffin tins. Bake in 350* oven for about 15 mins. until done. Makes about 3 dozen minis or about 18 regular sized muffins.
