    1 lb. top blade sirloin
    1 pkg. stir fry vegetables
    2 pkg. brown gravy mix
    2/3 pkg. egg noodles
    2 tbsp. olive oil


Set unsalted water to boil for noodles, and mix gravy pouches with 1/2 the recommended total amount of water (as per package directions). Heat to boiling, stirring often. Set aside.

Cut sirloin into narrow strips, and stir fry over high heat in 1 tbsp. olive oil. When almost cooked through, drain and set aside. Add remaining oil and stir fry veggies. When they are crisp and heated through, add meat back into the pan. Add gravy to main skillet. When noodles are cooked, drain and divide into servings, spooning stir fry mixture over the noodles. Serves 4.
