Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup Minute Maid light orange juice
    1 oz Tera's Whey protein powder
    1 cup whole unsweetened frozen strawberries
    3/4 cup unsweetened frozen blueberries
    1/4 cup water if needed

Directions

Blend all ingredients. This will be thick, so add water if needed. I take it off the blender and shake it a bit to get everything mixed between pulses.
