Ingredients

    1 lb cooked peeled Shrimp
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    1TBSP Butter, salted
    1TBSP minced garlic
    10oz package frozen asian mixed vegetables

Directions

Heat large skillet or wok on medium high, melt butter and oill together in pan. Add garlic and shrimp, cook for 3 minutes or until heated through. Remove shrimp from pan and set aside. Add frozen vegetables to pan, cook for 5-7 minutes until tender. Add shrimp, toss together and cook for just 1-2 more minutes to warm up shrimp.

We eat this alone, but you could serve it over brown rice or whole wheat pasta.
