    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 cups apple sauce unsweetened
    1 banana mashed
    6 packets if Stevia sweetner or 1/2 honey(not in calories)
    5 cups Old Fashion Oats
    1/4 Cup Flaxseed meal
    1Tbs ground cimmamon
    3 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    2 3/4 cups milk

    optional additions: walnuts, chocolate chips(not in calorie count)


preheat oven to 350
mix eggs, canilla, applesauce, banana,and Stevia in a bowl. Add in Oats, flax meal,cinnamon,baking powder, salt mix until combined with wet ingredients.
Add milk and mix until all combined. At this time add whatever additions you would like, I prefer adding a cup of mini chocolate chips. Bake for 30 mins.
