Ingredients

    1lb bag of dried chick peas
    5 dashes of sea salt

Directions

Rinse dried peas in cold water, drain. Add 4 cups water in pot w/peas; bring to a boil then turn heat down to med. high and cook until almost tender. Add salt. Pour water off of cooked chick peas & store in refrigerator. Great for snacking or salad toppers.
