Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 small onion (chopped)
    16oz of Shell Maccaroni
    14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes
    10.75 oz can of condensed Tomato soup
    1 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
    1/4 cup Egg Beaters
    1 Tbs dried parsley
    1 Tbs ground oregano
    1/4 tsp Season All
    Garlic powder to taste
    2 tsp grated Parmesan Cheese
    Shredded Fat Free Checdar or Mozzarella cheese for topping.

Directions

Cook shells maccaroni and drain. Brown ground beef & onions in skillet. Drain. Add tomatoes, soup, parsley, oregano, garlic powder and salt. Stir in cooked and drained pasta add about 2 cups water and cook, stirring until every thing is coated and it gets a little thicker. Combine Cottage & Parmesan cheeses & mix in egg beaters. Drop rounded tablespoons of cheese mixture onto pasta mixture. Cover & cook 5 mins more. Sprinkle with either shredded chedda or mozzarella and serve
