    3/4 pound brocclini or broccoli rabe
    1 lb box vacuum packed gnocchi
    2 tbsp olive oil
    4 garlic cloves, finely sliced
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
    1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese


Cook broccolini in boiling water 4 minutes. Remove with slotted spoon, and place in colander; drain. Add gnocchi to boiling water, cook 3 minutes or until done.
Drain gnocchi in bowl reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid.
Heat oil in skillet over med heat, add garlic cook 3 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Add broccolini, gnocchi, and reserved cooking liquid to pan, cook 2 minutes. Stir in salt and pepper. Place 1 1/4 cup gnocchi mixture in each of 4 shallow bowls; top each with 1 tbsp cheese. 4 servings.
